Brazil eVisa — Artists, Musicians & Crew (AMC)

The Dave Koz Cruise will arrange and cover the Brazil eVisa for each registered AMC (artist, musician, or crew member) plus one immediate family member (spouse or dependent). To request an additional eVisa beyond this allowance, contact Brian Foisy (brian@davekozcruise.com) or Pete Clingan (pete@davekozcruise.com) with the AMC’s full name, passport details, and the relationship of the extra traveler. Special requests are subject to approval and may incur additional processing fees or documentation requirements.

Brazil eVisa for AMCs

The eVisa requirement for U.S., Canadian, and Australian Citizens, was reinstated on April 10, 2025.

The eVisa is required for short-term stays (up to 90 days) for tourism, business, or transit purposes, and musical performances in conjunction with a work authorization letter issued by the Ministry of Labor.

Visa Validity: The eVisa allows multiple entries and is valid for 10 years. 

For assistance with eVisas for Brazil, all of the below must be provided to us at least 6 (six) weeks prior to entry to Brazil. The visa process takes around 10 business days total, as files are frequently rejected. Therefore additional time is required to process the visas. If files are rejected the processing time will be extended, so do not submit files that do not meet requirements described below or do so at your own risk.

STEP 2 - High Quality Scan of Passport

  • Passport scan must be clear with no fingers covering the document

  • Passport must be signed. 

  • The Scan must show both ID and signature page, no numbers or text can be cut off.

  • The same passport must be used for travel. It cannot be changed later in the process.

STEP 3 - Brazil eVisa Photo

One recently-taken color passport-style digital photograph. You must follow these requirements or your application will be rejected!

  • An electronic color photograph may be submitted

  • Both shoulders and both ears must be showing

  • No teeth showing

  • Hair should be pulled back from your face and tucked behind your ears (if your hair is long, please tie it back).

  • The photo must be very clear with no shadows, pixelization, or distortions, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

  • The photo must have a white background 

  • must have been taken within the past six months.

  • look straight forward with a neutral expression (no smiling, closed mouth, no visible teeth).

  • Do not wear jewelry, eyeglasses, hats, or white shirts.

  • You can use this online app to create the compliant visa photo needed. For Document type, search and choose Brazil Visa Photo. Once you have paid and download the photo, upload via the form.
